Persian language and Literature at UCSB presents a dance rally on International Women’s Day, in appreciation, solidarity, and support of women around the world and Iranian women who are fighting for their freedom.
The rally will be at the UCSB campus on March 8th, 2023, 11:00 am-1:00 pm in front of the UCSB Library. This will be a dance rally in protest of violations of women’s rights around the world and in Iran.
Women’s March Santa Barbara will talk & World Dance for Humanity will perform dances in this event.
Your participation at this rally will promote visibility and awareness and support women around the world fighting for their basic rights.
