Persian Language and Literature at UCSB Presents a Yalda night.
Persian students and community of UCSB interested in Persian language and culture get together to learn about Yalda night tradition (Persian Festival celebrating the longest night of the year). Dr. Aazam Feiz, Persian Lecturer in the Department of Religious Studies at UCSB, will give a short presentation about Yalda night.
The event is Free and Open to the Public. Persian food & dessert will be served.
