Day 31 (July 23): Concluding the Residency

a)Morning Session - American Judaism & Curriculum Workshop

Richard Hecht will be presenting a short lecture on Judaism in the United States. Following the lecture will be the curriculum workshop.

Prior to this session, participants will be asked to design a course syllabus on American religion from their own disciplinary perspective and to share it with the group. In the workshop the syllabi will be discussed and offer suggestions for improving the course outlines, teaching methods, resources, and bibliography.
